I have a proven track record of delivering large transformation projects, including in construction, IT and organisational.
My journey has been defined by a passion for helping others realise their potential and thrive in their professional and personal lives.
My unique blend of experience as a business owner and executive leader has equipped me with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by today's leaders.
I hold a Master’s of Business Administration and am a certified business coach, committed to continuous learning and improvement. My diverse background, coupled with a profound dedication to creating safe and thriving environments, allows me to offer a holistic approach to leadership development.
