1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Blue Sky Mastery website, programs, coaching services, courses, content, and any other products or services offered byBlue Sky Mastery Consulting Pty Ltd.

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms.

2. Coaching and Consulting Services

Blue Sky Mastery provides coaching, consulting, and leadership development services, including:

• One on one coaching

• Group coaching

• Access to digital programs and resources

• Consulting services that include strategies, planning, accountability and mindset support

All services are described in your signed agreement or program description.

Blue Sky Mastery does not guarantee specific results. Outcomes depend on your participation, actions, decisions and implementation.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Participate actively in coaching or program activities

• Complete tasks, exercises and action steps assigned to you

• Treat coaches, team members, and participants with respect

• Refrain from any harassment or inappropriate behaviour

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in removal from programs without refund.

4. Payments and Fees

Fees for programs or services must be paid as described in the specific program agreement or invoice.

Payment plans must be completed in full. Missed or late payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

All fees are in AUD unless otherwise stated.

5. Refund Policy

All payments are non refundable, including for digital programs, coaching services, or early termination by the client.

6. Confidentiality

Blue Sky Mastery agrees to maintain confidentiality for all private client information shared during 1:1 sessions or private communication.

However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings. Anything you share in group sessions is at your own discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content including videos, worksheets, frameworks, recordings, branding and materials are the exclusive property of Blue Sky Mastery.

You may not:

• Share, resell or reproduce any materials

• Distribute access links or logins

• Use the content for your own commercial purposes

Access is granted for personal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• Blue Sky Mastery is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Coaching is not therapy and does not replace psychological or medical treatment

• You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results

9. Termination

Blue Sky Mastery may terminate access to programs or services for:

• Breach of these Terms

• Abuse, harassment or inappropriate conduct

• Non payment or payment failure

Termination does not qualify for a refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
